Nitro Hosting provides Minecraft server hosting services, including but not limited to game server hosting, modded server hosting, and related technical support.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice or liability.

To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Billing Cycle: Services are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined by our Refund Policy. Generally, we offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee for new customers who are not satisfied with our services.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. We will provide notice of any price changes before they take effect.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or other harmful code
• Engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with our services or servers
• Host content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities

Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your services without refund.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and will not be liable for any downtime caused by:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Emergency maintenance
• Factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, natural disasters, or third-party service failures

For significant downtime not covered by the exceptions above, we may offer service credits at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nitro Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

In no event shall our total liability for all claims related to the services exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by email.

Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
